The DRZ window tint is crafted by a highly seasoned team, boasting two decades of expertise in polymer film development. It surpasses existing industry standards through innovative technology, introducing an advanced generation of window tints. These products offer superior heat insulation and robust safety features, earning acclaim and certification from globally respected institutions.

Our window tints are available in two categories: 5G Nano Ceramic and Magnetron. The 5G Nano Ceramic range, employing the unique "6+1 Hot Melt Process" technology, combines various polymer particles and incorporates UV protection directly into the substrate. This results in efficient heat insulation during summer and effective warmth retention in winter. Additionally, it guarantees seamless and interference-free signal reception for devices such as Wi-Fi, in-car systems, ETC, and mobile phones, making it an ideal choice for new energy vehicles. The Magnetron line uses magnetron sputtering to coat high-tension PET base materials with advanced metals like nickel, silver, titanium, and gold. This not only provides durable heat insulation but also ensures the film remains free from oxidation and fading.

Outstanding features of "6+1 Hot Melt Technology":

Feature 1: Elimination of Composite Glue Streaks

Composite glue, commonly used in traditional window tints, often leaves undesirable streaks during the manufacturing process. These streaks can impair the driver's vision and even cause dizziness. Our innovative “6+1 Hot Melt” series has revolutionized the production process by eliminating the need for traditional composite glue. This means no more streaks that compromise visibility.

Feature 2: Absence of Mirror Reflection

Traditional window tints tackle heat insulation by incorporating a flat metal layer, typically through the use of aluminized or magnetron-sputtered films, leading to unwanted mirror reflections.

In contrast, the cutting-edge “6+1 Hot Melt” series employs a sophisticated technique of dispersing ultra-fine rare materials within the PET base film, utilizing three-dimensional processing. This innovation delivers superior heat insulation while completely eliminating metal reflection, ensuring a reflection-free experience.

Feature 3: Dependable and Consistent Heat Insulation

Traditional window tints, which use aluminized or magnetron-sputtered films, often see a decline in heat insulation efficiency over time due to the metal's reaction with other elements in the composite glue.

However, the innovative “6+1 Hot Melt” series introduces a game-changer: ultra-fine rare material dispersion technology infused within the PET base film. This advancement ensures the film does not directly interact with potentially reactive acidic or alkaline substances, maintaining the material's integrity. Consequently, window tints crafted from this film boast unwavering and reliable heat insulation performance.

Feature 4: Elimination of Oxidation and Discoloration Edges

Traditional window tints are plagued by the issue of developing black or white edges, a problem stemming from the oxidation of the metal layer in the film when exposed to moisture and air over time.

The revolutionary “6+1 Hot Melt” series takes a different approach by embedding the heat insulation material directly within the raw PET film material, effectively isolating it from air and moisture. This innovation prevents oxidation, ensuring the tints remain free from unsightly black or white discoloration at the edges.

Feature 5: Uninterrupted Communication Signal Transmission

Traditional window tints, with their planar metal layers, often disrupt communication signals, impeding the functionality of wireless communication devices inside vehicles.

The “6+1 Hot Melt” series window tint marks a departure from this limitation by incorporating intelligent spectral selective materials. This innovative approach ensures that signals for widely used wireless communication devices, including mobile phones and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) systems, remain clear and uninterrupted, thereby enhancing device usability within the tinted environment.

Feature 6: Enhanced Durability and Color Retention

Traditional window tints, especially those incorporating pigments into the composite glue, are subject to quick fading and aging, compromising their appearance and effectiveness over time.

In contrast, the innovative “6+1 Hot Melt” series window tint leverages patented technology alongside multiple protective technologies. By integrating the functional materials directly within the PET base film, these window tints ensure that the primary colors and the original film remain vibrant and resist aging, guaranteeing long-lasting performance and aesthetic appeal.

Feature 7: Elimination of Peeling and Bubbling Issues

The tendency for glue peeling and bubbling is a common drawback associated with the traditional composite process in window tints, primarily due to the reliance on composite glue that is sometimes unable to withstand environmental pressures.

Enter the transformative “6+1 Hot Melt” series window tint, which takes a leap forward by eliminating the use of composite glue entirely. By adopting an advanced hot melt technology, these window tints ensure a smooth, flawless finish, free from the frustrations of peeling and bubbling, enhancing both the product's durability and its aesthetic appeal.
