Procedure for Reporting and Compensation of Quality Issues
Since the day your company uses the products sold by our company, it will be the customer of Zhongke New Materials Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. Our company will undertake the responsibility of providing you with high-quality services, and the most important one among them is the warranty of the product. The warranty scope of the paint protection film is as follows: In the case of serious yellowing (that is, △≥3), it will be compensated according to the ratio of 1:2 of the purchase price; if there occur situations like whole-vehicle water spots, water marks, matte finish, and deglutination, which result in secondary construction, it will all be compensated according to the ratio of 1:2. In order to truly reflect this principle, we hope your company will cooperate and strictly operate according to the following four steps:
The first step: Inspection before receiving the goods
Before each delivery, the staff of our company will strictly inspect every piece of goods to be delivered. Due to the influence of logistics and other factors, please carefully check the intact condition of each roll of goods before signing for the goods. In case of damaged outer packaging, please take photos to keep proof and contact us within 7 days to inform us. The losses caused during the transportation will be borne by the courier company.
The second step: Inspection after receiving the goods
After receiving the products, promptly carry out acceptance inspection on the goods. If it is found that there are problems such as damage to the film surface, pollution, folds, and wrinkling of the surface film on the product appearance, please promptly raise them to the relevant personnel of our company. Our company personnel will carry out free replacement when confirming that the product has never been sold or used, and a 1:2 compensation will be made for those that meet the compensation standards.
The third step: Inspection before cutting the film and applying the film
Before cutting the film, please ask the film pasting personnel to carefully check the film surface situation of the film. If any questionable film is found, please pause the use of this roll of film, keep the integrity of the film, and contact the relevant personnel of our company at the first time to confirm the specific information of return and exchange.
The fourth step:
After the construction, accurately and completely fill in the warranty information according to the actual situation of the application. All PPF products have bar codes (roll numbers), and the bar codes are the only certificate for consumers to receive our after-sales service.
